Will the static encounters look shiny in the overworld, or only in the battle? Like, will Celebi be pink flying around before the battle, or is that sprite going to be green no matter what?

Same thing happened to me. Make sure you saw him in all locations then beat misty. Then you’ll find him on route 25 next to bills house
Do trade evolutions exist
Is there a way to get the regi’s? Because they definately are in the game. The original trio, is used by brandon in the battle frontier for the silver guts symbol and several other trainers there. And the galar regi duo and regigigus is also used by brandon for the gold guts batch. The pokedex page mentions that they are not available to catch(along with jirachi) but jirachi is found on mt.moon and it also registered on my pokedex when I saw it(I had caught it much later). But it’s not the case with the regi’s, the don’t show up on the pokedex, are not mentioned in the changelog(unlike jirachi) and I could not find any clue for where they could be. So if anyone knows anything about this please kindly inform me about it.
The Red Gyarados is not listed with the static Pokemon. I have trying for 3 days to get red Gyarados with adamant nature but no luck, and have even been using sync Abra with adamant nature and it appears this is having no effect? Can someone look into this? Loving this ROM.

I kno it says the togepi egg isn’t shiny locked, but I’m on 1/512 shiny rate & have been hatching for almost 20 hrs now (on 10x speed) & no luck ;w; I’m picking it up from the dude each time as well. If my luck’s just that bad tho, I can keep trying
nevermind, I got the shiny Togepi. Took me like 30 hours tho lol
The gift Eevee from Bill is NOT shiny locked. Was using save states to roll natures and got a shiny from it.
